I spent tonight building a Wim Hof breathwork tracking app inside Notion. Still a work in progress but it's mostly there and I wanted to share it on here as my first blog post.
It has a stopwatch widget and a guided breathwork video built in. You can add in how many rounds of breathing you did and how long you held your breath for afterwards. If you fill either of these out, you get a nice little "💪" to show you've done a good job.
The number of "💪" get calculated to give you a percentage of the days you did the breathing exercises. The calendar also shows the icons on the days so you can see a quick view of how often you did the exercises.
