Summarising Your ClickUp Tickets
These are the types of notes I make on ClickUp tickets for my day job. Summarising the steps taken to complete a task is a super power!
BUT, you make a lot of notes on tickets. Sometimes 50 or more! To enhance the clarity of these notes and make the summaries stand out specifically, I recommend assigning them to yourself.
Then you can utilise the assigned comments feature on the left-hand side to see an overview of the steps taken to complete the task. This also helps maintain accuracy in progress reporting.
This is what it looks like inside a ClickUp ticket.
Imagine 5 of these showing your important notes and completed comments. That's a super clear overview of what could be a really complicated ticket.
