Your halves are the emotional ingredients that you feel you need to improve on.
Basing everything on black and white data is a dangerous game because it takes out the human aspect.
Bad decisions and bad acts in a company must be challenged. New employees would see that you have to be a little crooked to climb the ladder. So they either become crooked or leave.
"It's just a job" keeps you grounded and means you won't dwell on the bad days.
"Over half the world doesn't even have a real toilet." Perspective.
Build your strengths to something exceptional rather than building your weaknesses to something mediocre. There are some weaknesses you need to build to a point though.
Hold yourself accountable. You are in control.
Optimism != delusion.
You can handle any situation if you can feel the feelings of others involved.
Kindness is a strength.
