This is a now page. A place to share a little about me and what I’m focused on right now.
It’s been a productive few months! We’ve been revamping and improving our consulting call workflow to give the best experience possible to customers. The newsletter is in full swing an we’re approaching 100 subscribers now. All newsletters are then created as blog posts which you can find here: Blog Posts
March was focused on the fitness bootcamp, until I got sick. Whether it was the flu or Covid, I'm not sure, but I felt unwell for three weeks.
Now, I'm back and focusing on both the consulting business and fitness. This month, I've been refining my processes, including tidying up my ClickUp and switching from TidyCal to cal.com. I'm also using MeetGeek to transcribe meetings and summarise them using GPT-4. I'm all about anything that can save me time and improve my business!
Here's an example of a GPT-4 summary from a half-hour meeting with a Notion client.
My 9-5 has now gone 100% remote so the MacBook has been a good investment.
I’m starting an 8-week fitness bootcamp towards the end of the month so I’ve been focusing on finishing up client work and creating a new Notion template.
I created a landing page for my newsletter and sent out an email to 3,000 people! I really want to focus on writing a bi-weekly newsletter after the bootcamp is complete. Here’s the outline I have so far.
These are what I want to focus on in 2023.
I’ve also just bought myself a MacBook Pro with some of the money I made as a creator in 2022. As someone who has used Windows PCs all their life, it’s quite a big change!
It should help with my Notion and ClickUp work though. Now I won’t have to go down to the cold garden office to do my work and take meetings 🥳
This month is all about client work.
I’ve been drifting away from Notion and focusing the website more on my ClickUp services. So when a client asked for a Notion workspace build, I had to shift gears in my brain.
The funny thing is, I’m planning and tracking it all in ClickUp. I’ve also built a dashboard for the client inside ClickUp too. Once this project is finished, I’ll be picking out the main parts and templatising it for future work.
Last month I wrote on here that “a lot of my focus right now is on getting new clients”, so it’s good to see I’m doing what I set out to do.
I’ve been getting super into Obsidian lately. This now page was drafted in Obsidian on my phone.
Between Obsidian for knowledge management and ClickUp for task management, I’ve pretty much left Notion behind 👀
A lot of my focus right now is on getting new clients. There is a financial crash around the corner and I want to make sure I can provide for my family if my 9 to 5 no longer exists.
