Are you using the table summaries in Notion? 🧮

Databases are probably the most useful tool in Notion. Utilising the column summary feature makes them even more useful.

You will find a calculate button at the bottom of your tables. Click that and you will be presented with a range of options including finding the average and calculating the percent of cells that are not empty. I’m using both of those calculations in the image I’ve posted.

This is a table view from my new template (currently being beta tested) that helps you log your Wim Hof breathing sessions. A guided video and stopwatch are both included in the template 🧬
